* One regular paper registration can cover a paper within 8 pages, and long paper registration cover a paper within 9-20 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
** Late registration : after the registration deadline 5 days later at most.
*** For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such as Iran, please pay Euros as: 1 Euro = 1.25 USD
****Presenters: the participants who would not publish any paper but would present the research information in the conference session.
